From the very beginning, we set out to design a space that feels both refined and welcoming. We wanted people to walk in and immediately feel like they were somewhere thoughtfully curated yet effortlessly comfortable. Every colour, every light fitting and every layout decision was made with that in mind.
When Sarah Maree Cameron spoke about the feel of the space, how warm and elegant it was and how inviting the atmosphere felt, we couldn’t stop smiling. That was the goal. And hearing that it resonated so clearly made us all incredibly proud.

To see the Travel Oz crew light up over our cocktail list was such a thrill. They picked up on the flavour, the presentation and the creativity. Everything we hope guests experience when they take that first sip. For our bartending team, it was a true moment of pride to know their craft was noticed and appreciated.
We also take great care with our wine list, which pairs local gems with Mediterranean classics. It’s carefully selected and ever evolving, and we’re so glad it was part of the story that stood out.
