Christmas Day Lunch Menu
Adults: $160 per person
3 course set menu with a choice of one from each course
Entrée
Chef’s Chilled Starters
(sydney rock oysters, king prawns, tuna crudo, yarra valley salmon caviar and citrus dressing),

Honey-Glazed Double Smoked Ham
with minted peas, whipped feta, fresh horseradish and cracked pepper jus,

with heirloom tomatoes, burrata and basil infused oil.

Roasted Turkey Porchetta Style
with garlic, pancetta, lemon stuffing, roasted Kipfler potatoes and cherry jus,

with green mussels, diamond clams and saffron-infused prawn lobster bisque,

Roasted Beef Sirloin
with charred broccolini and green pepper sauce,

To confirm your booking a 50% booking fee is required along with a credit card to guarantee the booking. Full pre-payment along with any specific dietary requirements to be advised no later than 5th December 2026. Set menu pricing is not valid with any other offers or promotions, including the Accor Explorer Dining benefit or complimentary Saros vouchers.
